Cernit Shiny range contains both bright and brooding colours, all heavily laden with fine mica particles for creating unique Mica Shift patterns and more. The clay body is quite translucent, so the effect will appear more pronounced after baking.
The Shiny colours tend to be very soft fresh from the packet, so you may wish to leach some of the oils from the clay if you prefer a firmer working consistency. (To do this, roll the clay into a sheet and sandwich it between two sheets of clean printer paper for 10 minutes. After leaching, knead the clay thoroughly and repeat until the desired consistency is acheived)
